OUR CRY CENTER · WHERE EVERY CRY FINDS COMFORT
Our promise of care

Privacy, dignity, and the safety of children matter.

OUR CRY CENTER is committed to treating women, children, families, and supporters with respect. This page explains the information this website asks for and how we aim to handle it.

Donor and contact information

The donor-note form may ask for your name, email, country, gift amount and currency, giving method, transfer reference, and message. Country, gift amount, and transfer reference are optional. Please never enter card details, bank passwords, mobile-money PINs, or verification codes.

We use the information you choose to share to respond to questions, identify or acknowledge a gift, and communicate with you about OUR CRY CENTER. We will not publish a donor’s name or message without separate permission.

The donor-note form is processed using Netlify Forms. Form entries are stored in the site owner’s Netlify account. Email alerts to our official inbox must be enabled by the account owner after deployment. The contact form opens a draft in your own email app instead of sending through this website.

You can ask to review or correct a donor-note submission, or request its removal, by emailing ourcrycenter@gmail.com. The website does not process card payments.

Children’s photos and stories

We share photos only with permission from a parent or guardian. We do not publish children’s names, private details, or personal histories alongside their pictures. Captions describe the care and values OUR CRY CENTER believes every child deserves; they do not claim an individual outcome or private experience.

We aim to represent every person with dignity, avoid humiliating or exposing images, and remove a photo if a parent or guardian asks us to do so. Contact the team at ourcrycenter@gmail.com with a photo or privacy concern.

Our public pages describe the areas of care and future projects honestly. Proposed programs are labelled as future hopes rather than services already running.
